SHIPPING & RETURNS
All Piece x Piece products are hand crafted and made to order. This means orders are shipped two weeks from order date. For a list of items in stock, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Piece x Piece uses USPS Priority Mail for delivery in the United States. If you prefer to use a carrier other than USPS please contact us directly prior to making your purchase. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at check out.
USPS Priority Mail takes anywhere between 2-4 business days for delivery depending on destination. Please also note that weather, holidays and other external factors make it impossible for us to guarantee a delivery window. If your shipment is time sensitive, please contact us prior to checkout to receive and expedited delivery quote.
All deliveries to Canada are shipped FEDEX at a $42 charge. Please inquire about additional delivery internationally.
All return shipment fees are to be paid by the customer and shipped by the carrier of their choice. You will not be reimbursed for return shipping costs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To request a refund, please send an email to email@example.com.
We want you to love your new Piece x Piece item but understand that sometimes items don't meet expectations. We will gladly accept returns of items in original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Returns are excepted within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Clients are responsible for shipping cost of the return. If a mistake was made by Piece x Piece with your order we will refund both the item and shipping. We handle returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
All sales are final on sale items and custom orders. No exchanges or refunds will be granted.
If the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements, we hold the right to deny the return.
